July Beauty Favourites

July Beauty Favourites

This month here in England we have had very much deserved heatwave and the birth of the beautiful Baby Cambridge - George Alexander Louis (ahhhhhh!) and on top of all that, I have recently celebrated my 21st Birthday! And yes it is nearly the end of July and once again Im asking myself where on earth this month has gone?! I have been really looking forward to this post, as this month I have come across some really amazing beauty buys.

I have raved about this face mask from Superdrug previsouly here on my blog - if you want to read the full review click here (you would be silly not too!). Recently however, I have struggled to get my hands on these little packets of face mask heaven, as they have sold out or aren't stocked in any local Superdrugs close to where I live. So I bought a few online this month, as Superdrug had free delivery.... I couldn't resist! Also, I have recently discovered what this face mask smells similar too - Laura Mercier Creme Brulee Souffle Body Cream, which smells utterly divine! This is my go to face mask.

July Beauty Favourites

I have worn this transparent powder from MAC nearly every day this month - I can't get enough of it! This powder sets my foundation and concealer perfectly and has a flawless finish! I normally like to use my Rimmel Stay Matte powder, but have found that this loose finishing powder is a lot more silky and although I wouldn't say my Rimmel powder is caky, I would say that this loose powder is less detectable. It claims it reduces shine but as I dont have oily skin I cant comment, however my skin is dry and this powder doesn't dry out my skin at all, which I sometimes find other powders can. It also helps minimise my pores, lines and imperfections. I love to apply this powder over my makeup using my Real Techniques powder brush, which works really well. This powder also works great on its own - you also need very little so will last for ages! All in all, I find this finishing powder is rather the cherry on top of the cake of my makeup routine at the moment and makes my skin looks amazing and helps make my makeup last for hours! The only downside of this product, is that it can be messy as it is a loose powder, but you get that with most loose powders - so I can overlook that! If you are looking for a good finishing powder, give this one a try.

July Beauty Favourites

I recently bought the BareMinerals Insider Collection: Whipped Velvet which if you have the money is most defiantly worth a buy! And one of the products I recived in this goody box was BareMinerals Flawless Definition Curl & Length Mascara (gosh what a long name!) and I have been lurr-vvv-inggg it and become slightly obsessed! I would rate this above all my mascaras, including my much loved Max Factor false lash effect - that is saying something! It does exactly what is says in the name, it defines every single one of my lashes in just one coat and curls them very subtly and adds such amazing length to my lashes. I love the fact that you see results in just a couple of coats! It doesn't clump, smudge or flake! I also find I dont necessarily need to use my eyelash curlers, which is always plus! I also love the brush and Im not normally one for these types of brushes as I'm very picky when it comes to mascara! I just love everything about this mascara - I cant fault it!

Everyone must buy this!!!! No word of a lie, I LOVE this product, it truly is a miracle! I bought this product when it first came out a couple of months back and never actually used it and on a whim at the beginning of this month, I picked it up and finally used it and boy am I glad I did! It is a 5 in 1 BB eye Cream and for those who dont know what a BB Cream is I will just briefly explain: a BB Cream is a beauty balm which can help rid blemishes whilst working like a skin enhancing tinted moisturiser and this little roll in is ultra clever and gives 5 immediate results which I stand by and say works! 1. Hides dark circles 2. Reduces appearance of bags 3. Fine lines appear less visible 4. Illuminates 5. Hydrates. It leaves my under eye area moisturised and if extra coverage is needed I just add an extra layer. I love this and give it 5/5! Best beauty buy this month - Superdrug currently have this product on offer.

July Beauty Favourites

These fab little crayon sticks from Bourjois have gone down a storm since being released here in the UK. We can't get enough of them! If you haven't invested in one, you must! I got the colour Peach on the Beach and if you are a regular reader of my blog, you will know just how much I love all things orange/coral this summer! It is light, no sticky and is ultra hydrating! The colour payoff is great and when I have worn this I have been asked what Im wearing on my lips, it is such a pretty colour - I have been wearing it nearly everyday! I much prefer this to Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain (another long name!). It is a lot more hydrating and gives a lovely glossy finish! I am very much looking forward to Bourjois brining out a few more colours!

Another fantastic product from Liz Earle! After loving the Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish and running out, I was bought the cleanser, toner and moisturiser for my birthday and I have been loving this moisturiser! Within just one use I have seen a noticeable difference in my skin (yes just one use!) Firstly I love the smell, it is fresh and spa like (does that make sense?) it is only subtle so dont be put off! It leaves my skin feeling soft, nourished and a little goes a long way! It also feels very luxurious and I have tried a few other high end moisturisers from Clinique and Estee Lauder, but I dont think I will ever look back now! It leaves no residue, no stickiness and no shine! When I use it with in conjunction with the cleanser and toner I feel like Im giving myself a mini facial! It also works well under my makeup, which is an added bonus and when used alone leaves my complexion glowing! If you have sensitive or dry skin I highly recommend this moisturiser! Liz Earle also do the same moisturiser for different skin types so check it out.

Did you too celebrate a birthday in July like me?
Have you tried any of these products?

Maybelline Baby Lips // Review

Im so impressed with Maybelline 'Baby Lips' Lip Balm, that I had to write a little review for you all! These tubes of colour have hit the UK and boy do you all need to own one (or maybe two..)! They are just £2.99 each and are currently 3 for 2 online at Boots. They are also sold online at Superdrug and are currently due to hit all UK Boots and Superdrug stores in the next week or so. I had read and heard so much about these lip balms and thought to myself, "what is all the hype about, they just sound like glorified lip balms?" and after receiving these three in the post and putting them to the test, I now see what the hype is about and I just LOVE them.

Maybelline Baby Lips // Review
Left to right - Cherry Me/ Peach Kiss/ Pink Punch

Firstly I would just like to point out (if you hadn't already noticed!) just how fun and colourful the packaging is! These little tubes are packed with a special formula to help keep your lips nourished for 8 full hours and renew your lips within a week and I can stand by that and say that already after 4 days I have seen and felt a noticeable difference in my lips - almost like a babies (excuse the pun, I couldn't help myself!). My lips most defiantly feel and appear a lot smoother and has quite similar effects I get from my much loved Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream which is nearly 8 times the price.

Maybelline Baby Lips // Review
Left to right - Pink Punch/ Peach Kiss/ Cherry Me

On top of being nourishing they are also slightly tinted, with a subtle sent - which I love. I actually find them similar to Revlon Lip Butters in the sense that they are nourishing and add a sheer colour to your lips. The colour is sheer but buildable, it took about three swipes to get the pigmentation seen above. But they are great if you want to add subtle colour to your lips and they are perfect for every day wear. As I mentioned before there are 6 in total: 'Pink Punch' smells very sweet and fruity and is a lovely bright pink. 'Peach Kiss' is a nude with slight shimmer - a my lips but better colour, which if not obvious smells like peaches! 'Cherry Me', which is so far my favourite of the three, is a reddish pink and smells like cherries and I LOVE it! There is then 3 other Baby Lips which are not tinted but still are slightly scented: 'Intense Care', almond scent. 'Mint Fresh', peppermint and 'Hydrate' which smells like a mix of lemons/pineapples and vanilla - I couldn't quite decide.

The formula also contains SPF20 and at just £2.99 you cant go wrong! I will most defiantly say this has to be a new favourite of mine - I never thought I would be so satisfied with a lip balm, I hope that Maybelline bring out a few more! What more could you ask for?! Wave goodbye to your boring chap stick and say hello to Baby Lips.

Have you tried Maybelline Baby Lips yet? If not what is your favourite lip balm?

Bicester Village // Review & Haul

I LOVE shopping (who doesn't!?) so when my boyfriend Ben, asked me if I fancied going Bicester Village at the weekend, I instantly said yes! For all those who don't have a clue what I'm talking about, Bicester Village is a designer outlet shopping centre, on the outskirt of Bicester in Oxfordshire. The "village" is so pretty and full of designer stores, such as Gucci, Cath Kidston, Prada, Jack Wills and Ralph Lauren but at outlet prices - heaven. It offers such a unique shopping experience and whether you are a Brit or visiting from overseas, I highly recommend you take a day out and visit Bicester Village - I promise you will not be disappointed.

Bicester Village // Review & Haul

At Bicester Village there is a small shop called 'The Cosmetics Company Store' which sells many beauty brands such as MAC, Bobbi Brown, Estee Lauder, Origins, Smashbox and Clinique at discounted prices... and I may have purchased a few products whilst I was there - well it would be rude not too. There is a little bit of magic when buying something new and no, I'm not a shopaholic... I'm just very kindly helping the economy! I spent a good hour in this shop, covering my hands in makeup whilst Ben stood watching, whilst holding all my bags. (Funnily enough there were quite a few men standing around looking a little lost!). So I thought I would share with you what I bought, as I found some great buys at great prices.

Bicester Village // Review & Haul

I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of make up in the shop and if I had it my way I would have bought a lot more, but unfortunately my bank balance isn't as healthy as I would like it to be! As it is an outlet centre, the shop holds a lot of stock which is no longer on the high street, but it also had a lot of make up which is still in store. Anyway, I picked up these pieces and I love them.

Bobbi Brown Bronzer/Blush Duo in Bahama Brown and Pink Peony £19 RRP £27 - I have been loving this duo! The bronzer is a muted brown with a hint of shimmer and it has very good colour pay off. The blusher is a subtle pale pink and is a great every day blusher. I have been using this duo for the past couple of days and I have been complimented and asked what I'm wearing. I can see myself using this daily. This duo would be great for those of you with paler complexions.

Bicester Village // Review & Haul

Bobbi Brown Pot Rouge for Lips and Cheeks in Pale Pink £12.75 RRP £19 - I have heard great things about this product. It has won multiple awards and is still sold in the high street so it was a bargain in my eyes. I have been after a cream blush for a while now and I can't wait to use this with Real Techniques stippling brush... sounds weird I know, but I have heard its a great brush to use with cream blusher! And not only is it a blush I can also use it on my lips - I'm a huge fan of products with multiple uses.

Bobbi Brown Bellini Lip and Eye Palette £41.40 I'm unsure of the RRP but as far as I'm aware it is around £50? I bought this palette for my mum as a gift because it is just so beautiful! (And yes I did just say a make up palette was beautiful!) My mum is going away on holiday and I thought this is perfect as it holds lipgloss and a lovely neutral eye palette. You can't go wrong with a compact.

MAC Mineralize Eye Shadow in Winterized £11.75 RRP £16.50 - This eyeshadow was limited addition back in 2011/2012 and is a dirty purple with a hint silver. It's highly pigmented and a lovely colour! I will be using this in a make up tutorial soon.

MAC Extra Dimension Eye Shadow in Stolen Moment £11.75 RRP £16.50 - This eyeshadow is a dark plummy taupe and I LOVE it. I'm looking forward to wearing this colour. It is a little similar to MAC Satin Taupe however it isn't as brown.

Bicester Village // Review & Haul

I also bought this Ralph Lauren candle for £12.99 (RRP £30) from the Ralph Lauren Home store. I just love a nice candle and oh my, when I smelt this I just had to have it! It is a blend of tropical orchid, exotic lily pad and palm leaves... yep I know it sounds incredible and it smells just as good as it sounds. I have never bought a Ralph Lauren candle before but Im looking forward to lighting this one.

Have you ever been to Bicester Village?

July Glossybox // Review

I discovered Glossybox a few months ago after watching many people rave about it on YouTube and decided I would sign up. Every month I receive a beautifully wrapped Glossybox (which is delivered straight to my door by a very nice looking postman...) and I receive 5 must have beauty items. Being a beauty addict, I love being introduced to new international beauty brands and seeing what they have to offer. It is like a little present to myself every month and so far I am an extremely satisfied customer. You pay just £10 a month plus post and packaging and the contents of your box will always be more than you paid - bargain. What I also love, is that you can choose to pay monthly or fix term subscriptions which help you save a little money.

This month I received the 'Seaside splash' Glossybox. The box as you can see is so pretty - (the boxes are great to re-use as boxes for gifts or to store your makeup!). I am pleasantly surprised by what I have received, as the total cost of the products comes to over £30. Also I have received a couple of products from brands which I have been wanting to try for a while now, such as NIP+FAB and also Anatomicals. Here in the UK it is currently extremely HOT, so when I opened my box to find Anatomicals facial mist (full size) I was overjoyed - is that sad? I instantly sprayed it on my face and it smells great and it is so refreshing. I also used the Coola face tint with SPF 20, which also smelt lovely and was so soft on my skin - I also love the fact it is organic, as I'm currently using a lot of organic products. The nail varnish from Ciate is a sparkly orange and as a HUGE lover of all things orange, I just cannot wait to get this colour on my nails. All in all, I have received some top quality products over the last couple of months and I would highly recommend the Glossybox to anyone like me who is a sucker for all things beauty. If you have a spare tenner a month, you would be crazy not to sign up!

I just love this months Glossybox! Do you also receive a Glossybox?

Summer Lipsticks | Review & Swatches

I own way too many lipsticks and may have a slight obsession... however, this does mean I have a nice little collection to share with you all and today I'm going to show you my top summer lipsticks and give you a few tips along the way.

So many of us shy away from wearing lipstick... don't! Lipsticks add a touch of glamour to any look and can instantly boost your confidence! A little lipstick can also make your lips look fuller and softer. However, finding the right colour for you can be a little daunting, as there are literally hundreds to choose from! Ever bought a lip colour, then got home, put it on and disliked it? I have! Well, my tip for testing lip colours is not to test on the back of your hand, but on the tip of your finger... why? Well our lips have blue/red tone and most people have a neutral skin tone on the back of their hands. When testing on the back of your hand it will look intensely bright however your fingertip is a closer texture and colour to your lips! I find this way works better for me, how do you test your lipsticks?

However for the purpose of this post I have tested the colours on my arm to show you the true colour however they may appear different on your lips.

Summer Lipsticks | Review & Swatches
Left to right: Maybelline Pink Punch / MAC Love Lorn/ YSL Voulpte Sheer Candy 8/ MAC Shy Girl/  Revlon Lip Butter Juicy Papaya/ MAC Chatterbox/ MAC Costa Chic

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, these lip colours! I have been wearing them all summer and seem to always have at least three of them in the bottom of my handbag! I would highly recommend all of these colours...

Maybelline Pink Punch: This lipstick is a bargain in my eyes! It is deep fuchsia pink. It is nourishing and very rich in colour. It is a very good dupe for MAC Girl about Town which is a very popular lipstick from MAC. The lipstick formula includes honey nectar which is why it is so nourishing and creamy. Also this lipstick lasts for ever on my lips! It is a great summer bright.

MAC Love Lorn: This is currently my go to lip colour and I used it in my last blog post. It was one of the first MAC lipsticks I purchased and this is my second one! It is very much a my lip colour but better colour...if that makes sense! It is a soft subtle pink and in my eyes a very safe lip colour. Pink works on any skin tone, its just about finding the right shade for you.

Volupte Sheer Candy Lipstick 8: This is a little on the pricey side but I love it! It is really a rather an expensive lip balm but the packaging is b-e-a-u-tiful! And secondly it smells sweet and fruity! The colour is very sheer and shimmery however it is buildable and is great for every day wear. I love the whole sheer candy range but this sheer lilac is so pretty.

MAC Shy Girl: This peach nude from MAC and is a much loved lipstick of mine. This is a cremesheen and I find although they aren't drying, I do find if my lips are dry the pigment will gather in these areas. However, I love it and the slight peachiness stops the colour from washing me out. This is currently in my handbag along with MAC Love Lorn. This colour will most defiantly look slightly different on everyone, but I highly recommend this lipstick! Remember never choose a lip colour paler than your skin tone - it should always be one to two shades darker.

Revlon Lip Butter Juicy Papaya: This is a fabulous semi-sheer coral colour and a lot more subtle if you are a little worried about trying out coral colours like MAC Costa Chic. It looks rather bright and scary in the packaging, but is just a tinting lip butter and is great for every day wear.

MAC Chatterbox: This lipstick from MAC is an amplified and is a true pink. I find this colour looks great with a tan - perfect for the summer! The formula is creamy and not to shiny and if needs be you can always wear gloss over the top! This colour isn't a Barbie pink and doesn't look trashy like some true pinks can. It also gives a lovely finish and leaves my teeth looking super bright and lasts forever on my lips.

MAC Costa Chic: I love orange/coral lip colours this summer! This colour is bright and vibrant and instantly brightens up my face. This is another shade which looks amazing with a tan! In my opinion this is a perfect summer colour! I was a little spectacle of buying this colour as it is a frost finish however I have been pleasantly surprised!

NO DRY LIPS ALLOWED:

I sometimes find that I get dry lips and when I apply my lipstick it isn't smooth and the colour pigment sticks to all the dead skin (sorry that sounds horrid!). So I often exfoliate my lips. I do this by soaking my lips in moisturiser first (I use Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream) to soften the dead skin then I grab my tooth brush which I have cleaned under a hot tap and I gently scrub away the skin. Do your lips get dry? How do you exfoliate them?

TIPS FOR LIPS:
  • Apply lip balm when you first start to apply your make up, so that when it comes to applying your lip colour it will soften them leaving them moist and luscious - a great lipstick base.
  • Carry wet wipes if you are heading out, because if your lipstick starts to look a bit old or dry you can just remove it and apply it again rather than applying over the top - fresh lips are best.
  • Once you start to use your lipstick you will find it will loose its sharpness and become more difficult to apply, so instead opt for a lip brush - easier more accurate application.
  • In the winter you may find your lips are lot dryer so use more lip gloss this will also help it last longer. Then in the summer opt for stains or sticks.
  • Always try and use a lip liner which matches the lip colour.
  • Do not apply foundation on your lips or under lipstick. One, it just isn't a good look and two you can end up with a horrid cakey line around your lips as your lipstick could be greasy and you foundation could be water based and these don't mix.

I would love to know what your favourite lip colour is this summer. Let me know in the comments box below! There is always room for more in my collection.

Liebster Award

[The meaning; Liebster is German and means, sweetest, kindest, nicest, dearest, beloved, lovely, kind, pleasant, valued, cute, endearing and welcome. ]

I have some VERY exciting news for you all. I have been nominated for the Liebster Award by the lovely Erin Bulger a fellow follower of mine! So thank you Erin - I'm flattered. So, If you are a new blogger like myself, you are probably thinking what on earth this award actually is. Well the Liebster Award has a few rules:

*You must link back to the person that nominated you*
*You must answer the 11 Liebster questions given to you by the nominee before you*
*You must pick 11 bloggers to be nominated for the award with under 200 followers*
*You must come up with 11 questions for your nominees to answer*
*You must go to their blogs and notify your nominees*

I'm going to get straight down to business and answer the questions from Erin:

1. What are your top 3 lip colours for the summer?
This summer I'am without a doubt loving orange lips. I have been wearing 'costa chic' by MAC cosmetics, which is a lovely coral colour. I also LOVE Clinique long last lipstick in 'runway coral' it is such a statement colour, I'm still yet to buy it as it was sold out... but it's now back in stock... and I may have just put it into my online shopping basket... ooopsy! Also this summer I'm loving pink lips, from bright pinks, to more nude shades. Red is also a go to colour for me this summer. I used to be a little hesitant to wearing such bright colours, but they really boost your confidence and look great with tanned skin.

2. What is the last beauty/fashion item you purchased?
The last beauty item I purchased was St Tropez everyday gradual tan and I have fallen in love with it (if that is possible?). It doesn't smell bad, works like a trooper with a tanning mitt. Streak free and gives such a natural finish.

3. If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Well, here in the UK at the moment we aren't exactly having the best summer ever... but that is kind of expected. I would love to get away to the Caribbean Island of Saint Lucia. It is somewhere I have never been before and it just looks breath taking. I'm a sucker for the sea and a beautiful beach.

I also would love to take a walk in the Mystic forest in the Netherlands, it is meant to be beautiful...

4. Who is your favourite Youtuber/blogger?
Well Im a fan of many Youtubers and beauty bloggers. However, for me it comes down to it, two bloggers really stand out for me - Tanya Burr and Zoella. I'm a huge fan of them both, I must admit I do take a couple of hours out a week to watch their videos and read their blogs! I even had the chance to meet Tanya recently in London at a meet and greet, however it got cancelled due to such a huge amount of us turning up! If you haven't watched or read their blogs - check them out.

5. Favourite music artist?
I must admit I love a bit of Beyonce! I can guarantee it will get me on the dance floor, or get me singing at the top of my lungs - neither of which are always that great! And I must say, I went and saw her at the o2 in London a couple of months back and she was just incredible.

6. What make-up products are in your bag right now?
Funnily enough I don't actually have any make-up products in my bag right now! I know right - why!? Well I left my house in a rush this morning as I was running late for work and simply forgot to take my make-up essentials with me! But I do normally carry a small amount of beauty products with me. Check out my what's in my bag post to find what.

7. Favourite TV show?
This is horrendous but I will admit I am a bit of a TV junky... I love all the soaps from Hollyoaks to Coronation Street. If I have a free evening I will watch soaps from 6:30pm till around 8:30pm... Gosh that sounds horrendous! I'm now scared to also admit I love a bit of 'The Only Way Is Essex' and 'Made In Chelsea'! I also love a bit of Criminal Minds! Who doesn't love a bit of Matthew Gray Gubler.

8. Dresses or pants?
Well, if the sun really does make an appearance here in the UK as expected this weekend, I will most certainly be putting on my favourite maxi dress. But when it comes to practicality, I do rely on my "pants" or "trousers/jeans" as we call them here.

9. Your ideal day off would be spent doing what?
My ideal day off would be spent in London. I only live 45 mins away and most of my family live in the city. It is just such a great place, I love covent garden and Oxford street for shopping and Hyde Park or London Zoo if it's a nice day. There is just so much to offer in London - I'm a city girl at heart.

10. Your go to make-up brand?
Currently my go to make-up brand is NARS, I'am loving their sheer glow foundation and I also use their laguna bronzer and orgasm blusher! I highly recommend all three of these products!

11. What is your goal for your blog?
My goal for my blog is simply to share my experiences and knowledge of the beauty world. I really enjoy reading comments left by my readers - I get such lovely comments! So thank you to everyone who has read my blog or who are currently following it - HUGS! It would be amazing to reach 100 followers this month.

I nominate:

Lifeofatraineejournalist
Latenightnonsense
Offcialameliapenelope

And here are your 11 questions:
1. Pick the one beauty product you couldn't live without.
2. What is your top beauty tip?
3. Where is your favourite place to visit?
4. Who is your favourite blogger/youtuber?
5. What advice would you give to new bloggers?
6. Do you blog full time?
7. What beauty products are you hoping to get next?
8. What is your favourite movie?
9. Heels or Converse?
10. Go to make-up brand?
11. What is the goal for your blog?

Once again THANK YOU Erin for nominating me! I hope you have enjoyed reading this!

June Beauty Favourites

Hey everyone! Firstly I just want to apologise about this post being a tad late. And secondly is it really July already?! Right let's get down to business! It is time to show you a few bits which I have loved during June. All these items I give 5 out of 5 stars, so in my opinion they are great and worth a buy! I have also chosen two fashion items which I also LOVE. Enjoy.

June Beauty Favourites

I simply LOVE this shampoo and conditioner, I picked it up in my local Superdrug store as it was a new product and I just couldn't resist! It is a little on the pricey side and at first I was hesitant to buying it, but it smells lovely and after using conditioner from Organic Surge I was drawn in by the products organic qualities. Organix have a different range of shampoo and conditioner suited for different hair needs. The pair I bought has 'a blend of cherry blossom extracts and asian ginseng root which helps rejuvenate the scalp and hair follicle to add volume to the root while nourishing your hair with replenishing rice milk and bamboo extract for hydration and shine' - JUST WOW! And it has done just that, it smells lovely, makes my hair feels great and is so nourishing and leaves my hair soft and bouncy. I highly recommend that you check out this range of hair care products.

I'am a huge fan of +Tanya Burr and bought this product after she recommend it in a few of her youtube videos (if you haven't checked out her channel or blog - where have you been!?) So I bought this product on my boots advantage points as a treat to myself (cheeky!) and it is amazing. It is a liquid, milky like fake tan for the face and neck. It is great if you want a quick glow or your face needs a pick me up. It is easy to apply, using a cotton wool pad and wiping it onto the face and neck. It is packed with vitamins and is effortless, delivering a natural healthy looking tan without any streaks. I can't fault it. It is a little on the pricey side at £18 however I feel it is worth every penny and Im certain this will be something I re-purchase in the future.

I haven't been sleeping well recently and my regular concealer just isn't cutting it! I normally use this for the odd spot and to cover redness however it has been brilliant at brightening up my eyes and concealing my big brown circles! I have it in the shade NW20, which is a little light for me at the moment, but is perfect for the use of brightening under the eye. I don't know what I would have done this month without this little product! So if you suffer from dark bags and need a creamy concealer which is long lasting, then I highly recommend this concealer.

If you follow my blog I have mentioned this product in a couple of previous posts. I received this produce in my June Glossybox and I have grown to love it! This isn't just any mascara! It contains a growth active called SymPeptide Xlash, which is proven to give visible effect on the length and thickness of your lashes. I have defiantly seen a visible difference in my lashes. They look a lot longer and thicker without mascara which is a bonus. But the mascara itself is great. The rubber brush separates my lashes perfectly and makes my lashes look amazing. This is defiantly worth a try if you are bored with your current mascara or would love longer lashes. For under £10 you can't go wrong.

I came across this little star product in Boots. I have had my eye on it (excuse the pun) for a little while now and took the plunge when I saw it was on offer. I have been applying it sparingly every morning and night - you dont need much of the product which is good as it is on the pricey side. It also works over make-up! It has significantly helped reduce puffiness and dark circles under my eyes and I would say it instantly works brightening up my under eye - making me look a little more awake than I really am! The Good Things range really deserves to be promoted in Boots! The products have been developed by award-winning beauty writer Alice Hart-Davis,  and the range uses super-fruit beauty boosters to create super effective skin care! I will defiantly be buying some more products from this range.

These sold out beauties were such a bargain in my eyes at £27.99! I have worn them every time I have had the opportunity in the last month! I just totally love them! They are super comfy and flattering and I have had many people ask me where I bought them! I actually wanted them in black, however they where all sold out so I got brown instead - but it makes a nice change and I'm now glad I bought this colour as much of my new jewellery is gold. New Look currently has a great range of heels and I recommend you take a look.

This chunky rope necklace from Miss Selfridge has been my favourite necklace this month. It was pricey costing just over £15 but I saw it and I instantly loved it and had to have it! So I didn't think twice about the price - oops! I now have a rather large collection of chunky "statement" necklaces, but this one is a little different! It looks great paired with a cream chiffon top with jeans and even paired with my lovely new heels from New Look.

What have you been loving in June? Anyone got products to recommend?
